Going to Extremes
On March 12, several guests traveling on Seabourn Odyssey’s World Cruise opted to participate in a three-day Seabourn Journey land tour to explore Beijing, China. They left the steamy jungles of Kota Kinabalu in Borneo, where it was hot and humid, and ended up in China’s capital, where the only steam they saw was their breaths, since the weather was the extreme opposite – cold and snowing! However, the cold weather didn’t chill the guests’ spirits and they simply bundled up to see some of China’s amazing sites, including the Ming Tombs. Odyssey’s demon Destination Services Manager Carol Frey forwarded the evidence. (pictured here in the above photo).
