Hunting for Easter Eggs on Seabourn Odyssey
In the spirit of the Easter holiday, Seabourn Odyssey staff members organized an Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, which had 19 teams scrambling around the yacht looking for eggs and vying for prizes.
The hunt began at the Sky Bar, and guests searched for four clues throughout the yacht that would lead them to the colorful plastic eggs. Each egg contained assorted candies and a different number of points, and the team with the most points won the grand prize. Staff members were positioned at each hiding place with another clue, as well as an Easter basket full of eggs. In order to receive the clue and eggs, the participants were instructed to say “Happy Easter. Do you have something for me?” The final clue led them back to the Sky Bar, where they enjoyed a specially prepared drink created by the bartender, Gary.
The race lasted just over 30 minutes with guests running around Odyssey saying “Happy Easter!” At the end of the hunt and after all the points were tallied, the grand prize winner of the Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt was Joan Bell – congratulations, Joan! She received a Seabourn tote bag filled with goodies, including a Seabourn stuffed teddy bear and an array of chocolate bunnies and eggs. The best part of all was that everyone had a most “egg”cellent time!
