Seabourn Employees Welcomed with Special Celebration

On May 2, Seabourn and Holland America held a celebration to welcome new Seabourn staff to the Seattle office and recognize employees who are supporting the transition efforts. Employees who relocated to Seattle from Miami were greeted with welcome baskets full of Northwest-themed gifts including local travel books, chocolates and coffee. Here are some photos from the special celebration!

There is a certain rhythm to Seabourn that is downright intoxicating. Before you know it, the combination of quiet efficiency, friendly staff, and that special “of course we can” environment backs you into a very cozy corner. Add interesting passengers with great stories and you experience a slice of life like no other.
My husband likes to adopt a nook in Seabourn Square. Armed with laptop, coffee, and the ship’s daily newspaper, he keeps up with business, emails the grand kids, and works on our “blog-soon-to-be-book”, all while chatting with passersby.
Sea days find me out on the deck with my huge tote of quilting projects. Before long, the littler table next to me mY, is this a dream? No, it’s Seabourn.

Sea days find me out on the deck with my huge tote of quilting projects. Before long, the little table next to me magically includes a chilled smoothie — and a bottle of sunscreen. I mean REALLY, is this a dream? No, it’s Seabourn.
