Hi Seabourn,
Caribbean tapestry cruisefrom 28 Nov to 10Dec--suite 628.
Excellent cruise.
Staff were exceptional. Atmosphere on board-- No Caribbean atmosphere at all. A place with such an exciting history, and such a vibrant culture--as far as being on board--we could have been anywhere. Most disappointing.
I asked two staff at restaurants at different times to ask the chef for his recipe for jambalaya rice. Both dutifully wrote my suite number in their notebook, but nothing happened. If the chef didn't want to give it to me, then I should have been told.
Maybe he could reconsider and Email it. I promise I won't give it to Jamie Oliver
Many thanks to Michaeler(spelling suspect) at the Patio Grill.
Smooth sailing,
John Cavanagh.
