Seabourn realizes that not only is it important to deliver excellent service to guests, but it is equally as important to “wow” their fellow colleagues, as well. During the four-week Guest Services Specialists training program in Miami, several teambuilding activities are planned to build camaraderie among the 16 team members. In addition to studying the ins and outs of Seabourn Sojourn and the company, they are getting to know each other and learning how to build a good, solid working relationship.
During one teambuilding session, the team got out of the office and spent a beautiful day together on Miami Beach, where they participated in several friendly, competitive games, such as tug of war, Twister, and Frisbee. Future teambuilding sessions include an airboat ride in the Everglades, barbeque parties and other social activities. Here are pictures from the fun-filled day at the beach.
